1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and access to information on your device. UK PECR rules apply to these technologies as well as cookies.

The ClinicVoice page code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, or store your plan selection in local storage. Monthly billing is the default on a fresh page load. There is no embedded booking calendar or social-media tracking widget.

Hosting, security and an actively requested voice call may involve technical session information needed to deliver those functions. Where the use meets the communication or strictly necessary exception under PECR, prior cookie consent is not required. This does not mean every technology used by a third-party provider is automatically exempt.

2. What loads when

• When you visit: Cloudflare delivers the page and assets. Google Fonts supplies the Inter typeface and receives technical request information. This technical data handling is covered in our Privacy policy.
• When you start a voice call: the Vapi software loads from jsDelivr. Your browser requests microphone permission and connects to the voice providers. Technical information and call data are handled to support that requested session.
• When you select an email link: your email application opens. No enquiry is sent until you choose to send it.

Information about recordings, transcripts, providers and international processing is in the Privacy policy. The absence of an advertising-cookie banner does not mean the demo processes no personal information.

3. Your controls

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser, and allow or revoke microphone access separately. Blocking technology needed for a requested call may prevent that call from connecting. You can still read the website and contact Aleo by email.

If we introduce advertising tracking or other non-exempt storage or access, we will obtain the required consent before enabling it and provide a way to refuse or withdraw it. This notice will be updated when our use of these technologies changes.
