ClinicVoice / Dental practices

AI receptionist for UK dental practices

Give callers a helpful first response while your reception team looks after patients in the practice. Alice answers routine dental enquiries in British English, using the information you approve.

Support for a busy dental reception

A caller asking about implants needs time to explain what they are looking for. A patient at the desk needs your receptionist’s attention too. ClinicVoice provides an additional route for incoming calls when your line is engaged, a call goes unanswered or your practice is closed.

You choose when calls reach Alice. Your team can continue answering during normal opening hours, with AI reception covering the gaps you identify.

What Alice can help callers with

  • Treatment enquiries: explain your approved information about whitening, implants, clear aligners and other services.
  • Practical questions: share opening hours, location, accessibility information and your new-patient process.
  • Requests for a consultation: capture contact details and the reason for the enquiry for your team to follow up.
  • Enquiry summaries: send the agreed call details to your practice inbox.

Prices must come from your own fee list. Where an examination or quotation is needed, Alice explains the next step rather than promising a final treatment cost.

Appointment diary and telephone compatibility

Call forwarding depends on your telephone provider. Before setup, we check which divert options are available, when they should apply and whether your provider charges for forwarded calls.

Direct appointment booking depends on an agreed integration with your practice software. Send Aleo the name of your system, your appointment types and your booking rules. We confirm feasibility and any additional cost in writing before promising diary access. Where direct booking is not available, an enquiry can be passed to your team for confirmation.

Urgent calls need a practice-approved process

Your clinical lead defines how reception should respond to urgent enquiries and when a caller should be passed to a person. Transfer arrangements depend on the agreed configuration and staff availability, with a fallback agreed before launch.

Alice does not diagnose, prescribe or decide whether a treatment is suitable. ClinicVoice is not an emergency response service.

Try a fictional dental enquiry

The free three-minute demo uses a fictional Harley Street practice. Ask about whitening prices or how to request a consultation. Use fictional details: demo calls are recorded and transcribed. It does not access your diary or make real bookings.

Questions from practice owners

Will Alice replace our receptionist?

The service is designed to support the reception team. You can use it for overflow calls or out-of-hours cover while your staff continue handling calls and patients as usual.

Can we keep our telephone number?

Usually, yes. We check your provider’s call-forwarding options and charges before agreeing the setup.

What does it cost?

Practice Pilot is £395 per month with 400 included minutes and £950 one-off setup. An annual option is available. VAT applies where applicable; additional usage, SMS, transfer and integration costs are explained on our pricing page and confirmed in your proposal.
